Vischpoort Harderwijk Netherlands Spoon Vintage Sterling Collectible
The Vischpoort, built in the 14th century, is a gate near the port of Elburg. Originally it was a tight defensive tower of the city. In the 16th century, the gate opened to traffic. The ports used on the walls were built, the Vischpoort the only one that still remains.
This is a beautiful spoon for a collection, appears to be sterling silver or silver plate, in beautiful condition.
Spoon measures 5" long.
