B.A.B. Ballou vintage gold filled cufflinks - textured gold rectangles with the initials P.G.A. The base of the cufflinks swivel allowing the rectangular portion to move. These are very Nice circa 1970s cufflinks- 1/20 12K Gold Filled. I haven't been able to verify these were made for the PGA, but it is possible as Ballou jewelry is manufactured in Providence, RI. These measure 5/16 x 3/16
