Vintage lucite belt buckle, the color is soft lime (pea) green. Very unique with feathers or scales, I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a peacock or perhaps a fish! A nice size buckle for belts - the center holder can easily be removed if you want to use this for scarves or a handbag. 2.5"
