This is an amazing treasure- hand crafted notepad holder with an intricate hand tooled design. The image appears to be a woman dressed in ethnic clothing, holding a dove (bird). All the edges are hand laced, the base and top are both covered in saddle leather. The leather shows this was a well used item. No holes or deep scratching, it does has surface scratches typical of saddle leather. On the top and lower corner of the base, the stitching is loose. Due to the age and previous use, I would suggest this as a display item only. An amazing piece!
